Data Safety in an Active Regulatory Environment
Tuesday, July 23
2 p.m. EDT/11 a.m. PDT
With the “end” of cookies (whenever Google decides to stop extending that date), first-party data is becoming more and more important to performance marketers. But with that comes expanded responsibility for privacy and security during data collection.
Attorneys from PDMI member firm BakerHostetler and a pair of ad tech and data experts will share the latest information performance marketers need to know to not only make the most of their data efforts, but also do so in a way that steers clear of regulators who are attempting to fit enforcement efforts in the space into old rules that may not have initially had data privacy in mind — and a very active class action bar.
